Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the activities of distributors and ensure compliance with company requirements
- Develop strategic plans to augment distributors' sales and direct-hire sales personnel
- Travel within Misamis Occidental and Zamboanga Del Norte as required
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience with a strong focus on customer relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
