Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Manager - Agricultural Products to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with channel partners in their assigned territory, implementing and executing campaign plans to maximize sales and achieve agreed targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field and significant experience in the agriculture industry. You should also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and negotiate with customers and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including key influencers among them.
- Prepare and deliver sales and consumption targets aligned with your territory budget.
- Implement and execute campaign plans in your territory to maximize sales growth potential.
- Manage customer credit and timely payment of accounts, involving in credit risk assessment when necessary.
- Analyze your territory to define potential and allocate resources to optimize market share and achieve goals.
- Regularly coordinate with demand creation teams for effective deployment of resources and execution of campaign plans.
