Responsibilities:- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to drive growth.
- Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, act as the primary point of contact, and manage client communications.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics, quarterly sales, and annual forecasts to ensure account performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to improve the customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve potential issues faced by key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work experience as an account specialist in the food manufacturing industry.
