About the Role:
Gainstrong Careers is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through successful lead conversion and client relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, and market success.
- Monitor and ensure timely collection from clients.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Build and promote strong long-lasting client relationships.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Provide training, meetings, guidance, and feedback to sales team members.
- Set individual sales targets and delegate responsibility for clients to sales team members.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients.
- Understand clients' needs to establish value and product fit.
What We Offer:
- A competitive estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
