Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Filinvest Group. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve room and banquet sales targets, leveraging market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify and build long-term relationships with corporate, social, and group clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and personalized service.
  • Event Execution: Collaborate with the operations team to deliver seamless event execution, including site inspections, sales calls, and presentations.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare customized proposals, contracts, and event orders tailored to client needs, ensuring timely delivery and excellent communication.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to drive sales growth and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales CRM systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this role is PHP 600,000 - PHP 900,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
