Business Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at NEKSJOB. As a Business Development Officer, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for business opportunities, we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and providing outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS AND PROVIDE RELEVANT SOLUTIONS
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and business opportunities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve business objectives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer bases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, plus commission on sales performance. You will also have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
