Group NB Philippines is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual who can promote services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments and evidence-based reasoning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

This role involves analyzing customer needs and preferences through cost-benefit analysis and needs assessment. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

The sales representative will also reach out to customer leads through targeted cold calling efforts. In addition, you will resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maximizing satisfaction and driving repeat business.

You will work closely with sales teams and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and drive business growth. This includes analyzing market trends and sales data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.

A key aspect of this role is supplying management with regular reports on customer needs, market trends, and potential new business opportunities. To excel in this position, you must stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends, applying this knowledge to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote services to existing and prospective customers using sound judgment and research.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences through thorough needs assessments.
  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Reach out to customer leads through targeted outreach efforts.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, maximizing satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed-upon schedules and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and other departments to drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Familiarity with Business Relationship Management (BRM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • A high level of motivation and target-driven individual with a proven track record in sales.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create tailored presentations and deliver them effectively to various audiences.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
What We Offer
  • $45,000 per annum salary.
  • 13th Month Pay: Prorated
  • Government Contributions: SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF
  • Annual Vacation Leave: 7 days
  • Annual Sick Leave: 5 days
Work Schedule

40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
