Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join MAXIMUM SOLUTIONS CORPORATION as a Sales Development Professional. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing good customer relationships by regularly visiting them with excellent commercial and technical service.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop good customer relationships through regular visits and provision of excellent commercial and technical service.
- Respond promptly to all customer queries regarding products, pricing, delivery documentation, shipments, etc.
- Closely coordinate with suppliers for commercial and technical advice and information.
- Keep records of existing and prospective customers updated.
- Gather essential information on assigned products and suppliers.
- Discuss market trends and requirements with superiors as necessary.
- Assist the Customer Service Group in handling potential customer inquiries regarding deliveries and shipments.
- Help recommend objectives and strategies for various suppliers and products.
