Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team at John Clements Recruitment Inc. in Head Office. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with end-users and other clients, sourcing out new customers, and preparing cost estimates by bid specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with end-users and other clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Sources out new customers through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
- Prepares cost estimates by bid specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conducts product presentations, attends surveys, and job site meetings to submit proposals, letters, and billings.
- Monitors, records, and reports collection of payments & outstanding accounts of handled customers, end-users, and other clients.
- Collections payments & outstanding accounts of handled customers.
- Prepares reports and other matters related to assigned tasks.
- Generates sales, prepares contract documents ensuring acceptance by the client, and coordinates with other trade contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales field is an advantage but not required.
- Must be able to discuss intelligently all matters about the sales of his product line.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must possess a pleasant personality and good moral character.
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per annum, plus benefits. The position offers a competitive salary package, opportunities for career growth, and a dynamic work environment.
