Nabati Food Philippines seeks a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
About the RoleThis is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and excellent leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership in the FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
