About the Role

The Sales Team Leader reports directly to the Regional Branch Manager and plays a critical role in achieving business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • At least five years of relevant experience gained from an FMCG organization
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional results
