Sales Team Manager

NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving business objectives.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong leadership and management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and directing sales representatives, ensuring they perform based on the standards set by the organization.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proven track record of successfully managing sales teams and driving business growth would be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Direct Sales Representatives: Ensure each sales employee assigned to you does their part in supporting the organization in achieving its business objectives.
- Provide Sales Reports: Provide sales and other applicable reports to top management, helping them make informed decisions about business strategy.
- Evaluate Sales Performance: Evaluate the performance of the Sales Team and ensure they perform based on the standards set by the organization.
- Ensure Product Placement: Ensure all products are placed on time and in the correct account, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans required to build brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, Distribution, or a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a relevant position obtained from an FMCG company.
- Skills: Familiarity with field sales and market, outstanding knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent communication and people skills.
