Job OverviewThe Business Development Representative will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with existing clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services effectively.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish relationships with clients, learn about their requirements, and offer specialized solutions to produce leads and drive sales.
- Sales Interactions: Use effective sales interactions to address client problems and influence decisions through persuasive sales conversations.
- Target Achievement: Achieve or exceed individual targets and goals related to lead generation, appointment setting, and sales conversion.
- Communication: Communicate with prospective clients in a persuasive and professional way, outlining the features, benefits, and advantages of our products.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads and relevant information for an effective follow-up.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-month experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
- Skills: Knowledgeable in digital marketing and managing social media platforms. Digital photography and video editing experience is a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
