Sales Director

Job Overview
As a Sales Director at JOB MATCHMAKER, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall sales objectives and goals of our sales team. Your key focus will be on ensuring that we meet our targets across all regions.

Sales Leadership
As a leader in our sales team, you will work closely with senior management to set revenue and sales goals on a regular basis. You will also be responsible for leading the sales team, suggesting manpower requirements, conducting performance reviews, and proposing reward activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and implement comprehensive sales training programs to keep our sales team at the forefront of the industry.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to provide new and innovative training for the sales team.
• Ensure sufficient supply and demand of goods by setting competitive pricing and providing discounts. Record data about sales trends in individual territories and work with distributors and dealers to establish proper displays, product knowledge, and create strategies for the business.
• Develop and implement marketing and advertising activities for CBY products, creating productive marketing strategies to ensure consistent brand identity in all correspondence and campaigns.
• Work with senior management to devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure overall client satisfaction.
• Create new programs to meet the needs of channel partners and help reach expected revenue.

Requirements
• Graduate of any Business Course
• At least 3 solid years in FMCG
• At least 5 years as a Manager
• Speaks English and Chinese

Work Arrangement
• On-site (CBY Head Office)
• Schedule is Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
