Job Overview

Nabati Food Philippines is seeking a highly skilled Product Sales and Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that all financial, operational, and sales goals are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with upper management to develop project plans and set benchmarks for the sales team.
• Analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and customer satisfaction data to create strategies for increasing sales volume and market share.
• Meet with clients to discuss products, prices, delivery schedules, or other business concerns.
• Work with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital to attract, hire, and develop a motivated sales team.
• Monitor inventory levels to meet client demands for Nabati products.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
• Resolve complaints regarding the sales team and implement improvements.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience gained from an FMCG organization.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
• Analytical and creative thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules.
