Duties and Responsibilities:

A. Admin Cases (Employee Relations Support):

  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and safekeeping of administrative case documents such as Incident Reports (IRs), Notices to Explain (NTEs), and Disciplinary Action forms.
  • Support HR in conducting preliminary investigations, hearings, and meetings related to employee cases.
  • Draft and issue communications related to administrative cases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain an updated log of all employee cases and monitor timelines for due process.
  • Coordinate with concerned employees and supervisors regarding case schedules and documentation.

B. General Services (Administrative Support):

  • Monitor and oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure availability and functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and office needs.
  • Assist in managing company assets, inventory records, and issuance of office supplies.
  • Support logistics for company activities, events, and trainings.
  • Ensure proper upkeep of office premises and compliance with health and safety standards.

C. General HR and Admin Support:

  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support such as filing, scanning, encoding, and preparing reports.
  • Support HR in employee relations, welfare, and engagement activities.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the HR Officer/Manager.
