Medical Operations Officer (Project-Based, 6 Months)

Location: Puerto Princesa, Palawan

Duration: 6 months (with housing provided)

About the Role

DokCare Medical Supplies is looking for a driven and organized Medical Operations Officer to help us set up our new medical supplies business in Puerto Princesa. This is a project-based contract where you will play a key role in establishing store operations, training staff members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of inventory, sales, and admin work.

You'll be working directly with the owners and a partner physician, making this a unique opportunity to shape a business from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the set-up of DokCare's medical supply store operations.
  • Manage inventory systems, ensuring supplies are properly tracked and organized.
  • Handle administrative work, including documentation, reporting, and sales records.
  • Lead B2B sales efforts — building relationships and talking to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.
  • Assist with walk-in sales and customer engagement.
  • Train staff members to handle daily operations after the project ends.
  • Ensure compliance with medical supply handling standards.
  • Represent DokCare with professionalism and care when dealing with customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Preferred background in the medical supply or healthcare industry (does NOT need to be a licensed nurse, medtech, or pharmacist).
  • Experience in operations, B2B sales, or inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Having general knowledge of the use of various medical supplies is a bonus.
  • Willing to relocate to Puerto Princesa, Palawan for 6 months (housing provided).
  • Can drive (with valid license).
  • Fluent in both English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, etc.) for reporting and coordination.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Has an engaging and pleasing personality — confident in sales and not shy to interact with people.

Contract Details

  • Duration: 6 months (project-based)
  • Compensation: Salary + allowance + housing provided
  • Work Setup: On-site in Puerto Princesa, directly coordinating with owners and physician partner

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
