Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

The HR & Admin Assistant will provide support in both human resources and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations of the company. This role involves assisting in recruitment, employee relations, and documentation while also handling general office coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
  • Help in processing employee requirements, records, and documentation.
  • Support HR in monitoring attendance, leaves, and employee updates.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinate office operations such as supplies management, scheduling, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR and administrative matters.
  • Ensure proper organization and safekeeping of HR and administrative records.
  • Perform other HR and admin-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HR and administrative functions.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and can work independently or with a team.
  • Willing to work on-site at South Caloocan City.
  • Available to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,127.93 per month
