The Admin & HR Supervisor is responsible for managing the overall administrative and human resources operations of the company. This role ensures that HR policies, employee services, and office operations are properly implemented and aligned with company goals. The position plays a key role in supporting organizational efficiency, compliance, and a productive work environment, while also providing administrative and HR-related support to other business units as needed.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, employee records, and payroll-related HR functions.
  • Oversee government compliance, benefits administration, and company policy implementation.
  • Handle employee concerns, performance tracking, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise daily office operations, document control, and permit renewals.
  • Coordinate with other departments and support various business units on HR and admin needs.
  • Lead administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow across functions.
  • Do other tasks as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
