HR & Admin Staff Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Hiring. Posting job advertisements, screening of applicants, setting up and conducting initial interviews, and background checks and deployment of hired candidates.
Record Keeping. Maintaining employees' records including, 201 files, attendance, leaves, and project documents (hard and soft copy).
Timekeeping. Assisting in payroll preparation by providing data and/or encoding attendance and overtime in FlexERP.
Handling office logistics. Ordering and monitoring of office supplies. Ensuring that office equipments are maintained.
Assisting with budgets. Assist Project Manager in requesting and monitoring of Petty Cash Fund
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
