The HR/Admin Assistant will support daily operations within the administrative and human resources departments. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, assisting with HR functions, and ensuring smooth office operations
Job responsibilities may include:
- Assist in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining job postings.
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave requests.
- Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Monitoring PPE for Construction.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and support
- Monitoring MRS number for office.
- Monitoring Electricity Bill ( Talamban, Bulacao & Main Office ).
- Employee Engagement.
- Schedule Admin trip.
