We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Assistant to support both human resources and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with daily office operations, recruitment support, employee documentation, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates).
- Help manage employee records and ensure documentation is accurate and confidential.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, HR events, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain attendance records and support leave management.
Administrative Support:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare minutes if required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and admin teams.
Qualifications:
