You will work closely with our team to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by engaging customers through live chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and documenting interactions accurately.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen interest in technology. Strong analytical skills are also crucial in identifying and resolving complex customer inquiries.
