Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $3.50-$4.00 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in blended BPO (Inbound/Outbound, Live Chat, and Email Support).
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
  • Able to work onsite in the Philippines.
