We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu IT Park. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients via chat and email.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to subscriptions
- Managing billing concerns and resolving disputes
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their subscription plans
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in Email and/or Chat Support in a customer service or technical support environment
- Strong written communication skills, including de-escalation techniques
- Adherence to established email SOPs and KPIs for response times and online availability
- Keyboard skills with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Previous experience in the subscription service industry is an asset
- A high degree of professional ethics and integrity, as well as excellent teamwork skills
- Strong computer skills, including internet and Windows/Mac-based applications
- Strong administrative skills
- Understanding of American consumer behavior and preferences is a plus
- An energetic, fun, and confident personality
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work on-site
