We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Cebu IT Park. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients via chat and email.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to subscriptions
  • Managing billing concerns and resolving disputes
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding their subscription plans

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in Email and/or Chat Support in a customer service or technical support environment
  • Strong written communication skills, including de-escalation techniques
  • Adherence to established email SOPs and KPIs for response times and online availability
  • Keyboard skills with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM
  • Previous experience in the subscription service industry is an asset
  • A high degree of professional ethics and integrity, as well as excellent teamwork skills
  • Strong computer skills, including internet and Windows/Mac-based applications
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Understanding of American consumer behavior and preferences is a plus
  • An energetic, fun, and confident personality
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to work on-site
