Park Secure Management Corp. is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of $$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution. This includes:
  • Developing and implementing market expansion strategies
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders

Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Business Expansion: Generate leads and pursue new business opportunities, survey assigned areas for potential business, and coordinate with clients for feasibility studies.
  • Operational Car Parks: Monitor sales revenue and costs, analyze vacancy causes and patterns, and prompt marketing units to prepare marketing plans.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, manage complaints, and build good rapport with lessors.
  • Carpark Performance Analysis: Monitor promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related course or marketing
  • At least one year of experience in sales and marketing or business development
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • An analytical mindset, with a focus on results-oriented performance
