Strategic Sales Business Development Executive

JRS Business Corporation seeks a highly skilled Strategic Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. This role requires exceptional business acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and referrals, and qualify leads to assess their suitability for our products and services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide customized solutions to address their inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product or service presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our offerings.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, handling pricing, discounts, and contract negotiations effectively.
- Sales Closing: Close sales deals and achieve or exceed sales targets by preparing and reviewing sales contracts and documentation.
- Market Search: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, using market insights to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines, preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Graduate of any 4-year business-related course; an MBA is an advantage.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years' experience in a logistics company as a Sales Supervisor or Manager, Account Supervisor or Manager, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives/targets and driving sales growth.
- Competencies and Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and presentation skills, monitoring, coaching, and people management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
