Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at Gentem Consulting Services. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the construction industry, focusing on plasterboard, plaster, metal frame, accessories, and other related products.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field and at least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales roles in the manufacturing industry. They should have excellent communication skills, ability to qualify potential customers, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including general contractors, sub-contractors, and installers.
  3. Qualify potential customers and projects, identifying opportunities for Gyproc and FICEM products and systems.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales roles in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 80,000 - PHP 120,000 per month, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and professional development opportunities.
