Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Filinvest Hotel's Grafik Pine House Baguio in Metro Manila. As a key representative of the property, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing business opportunities in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to generate business from the Metro Manila market, focusing on building strong relationships with potential corporate, travel trade, and MICE clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business, act as the primary point of contact for clients, and address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Market Research and Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities, provide insights and recommendations to the hotels leadership team, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Sales Activities: Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for prospective clients, represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions, and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and packages.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills: Strong network and knowledge of the Metro Manila market, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is around ₱800,000 - ₱1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
