Job Description

The Channel Development Manager role is a key position in our organization, responsible for assisting Senior Channel Account Managers with partner account management tasks. This includes maintaining strong relationships with partners, tracking key performance metrics, and supporting business development activities.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Channel Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating partner data and documentation in CRM and partner management platforms.
  • Assisting Senior Channel Account Managers with partner account management tasks.
  • Monitoring and analyzing partner revenue performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, partner management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
