Sales Development Manager

At Global Process Manager Inc., we believe in fostering strong relationships with our partners to drive mutual growth and success.
We're currently looking for a skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team.
Your primary responsibility will be to execute our strategic partner plans and develop regional action plans for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will evaluate regional partner gaps and create strategic plans to expand partner business in the region.
- Develop and implement Annual Marketing plans in collaboration with our partners.
- Assess training options with our partners to better understand their business growth plans.
- Tailor our go-to-market strategies and products to meet the specific needs of each partner.
- Build trust with our partners by nurturing relationships and evaluating their progress.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and oversee the onboarding process, incorporating feedback from our partners as needed.
- Create partner sales plans for the region, identifying key customers and developing targeted engagement strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working in technology channel organizations, focusing on partner sales and management.
- Proven ability to drive departmental strategy, lead cross-functional projects, and manage executive relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of business operations, industry trends, and strategic planning.
