Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our team at Global Process Manager Inc.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • You will work closely with our senior channel account managers to maintain partner relationships, track key performance metrics, and support business development activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management.
  • A strong understanding of B2B sales and partner ecosystems is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners are trained and certified on KeyFactor's products, solutions, and messaging.
  • Coordinate partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and updates on product releases or new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute channel programs and marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales with partners.
  • Manage partner data and documentation in CRM and partner management platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
