About the Role:

The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring long-term success. They will also align partner strategies with the company's overall business objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit, develop, and manage a network of channel partners to expand the company's reach and drive sales.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations.
  3. Align partner strategies with the company's overall business objectives.

This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that channel partners are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of data center solutions (is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
