Channel Partner Growth Manager

Exelon Power Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Partner Growth Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and managing a network of channel partners to drive sales and business growth.
About the Role:The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations, ensuring long-term success. They will also align partner strategies with the company's overall business objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and manage a network of channel partners to expand the company's reach and drive sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations.

This role involves building strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that channel partners are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of data center solutions (is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
