Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Care Ops Consultant to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc., a leading Financial Technology Services Provider.

This role requires developing and implementing effective channel strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel strategies to enhance client satisfaction, using your expertise in program/project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
  2. Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, while providing insights and analyzing performance to adjust strategies based on feedback.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute strategies, using your analytical, communication, and time management skills to drive results.
  4. Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree (5+ years of experience)
  • Strong experience in program/project management and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Expertise in channel strategy and business process re-engineering
  • Experience in Customer Care Operations and Contact Centers
  • Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps
  • Knowledge of CRM, Genesys, and Payments industry is a plus
  • Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift)
