Channel Management Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Client Care Ops Consultant to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines Inc., a leading Financial Technology Services Provider.
This role requires developing and implementing effective channel strategies to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel strategies to enhance client satisfaction, using your expertise in program/project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery, while providing insights and analyzing performance to adjust strategies based on feedback.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to execute strategies, using your analytical, communication, and time management skills to drive results.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree (5+ years of experience)
- Strong experience in program/project management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Expertise in channel strategy and business process re-engineering
- Experience in Customer Care Operations and Contact Centers
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Power Apps
- Knowledge of CRM, Genesys, and Payments industry is a plus
- Willingness to work US hours (Night Shift)
