Channel Sales Development Manager

The Channel Partner Development Manager is responsible for building a network of channel partners to drive sales and business growth. This role involves establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that channel partners are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and support to succeed.
This role requires collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams to support sales efforts and provide ongoing training and enablement to channel partners. The individual will also focus on aligning partner strategies with the company's overall objectives and driving performance through continuous analysis and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, develop, and manage a network of channel partners to expand the company's reach and drive sales.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner organizations to ensure long-term success.
- Align partner strategies with the company's overall business objectives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of data center solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to drive sales and secure contracts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to meet sales goals and support channel partner success.
