Partner Relationship Manager

Job Description
As a Partner Relationship Manager at Global Process Manager Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
About the Role:
- This position requires a strong understanding of B2B sales and partner ecosystems, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- You will work closely with our senior channel account managers to maintain partner relationships, track key performance metrics, and support business development activities.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or partner management.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze partner revenue performance to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.
- Develop and implement partner enablement initiatives to ensure partners are trained and certified on KeyFactor's products, solutions, and messaging.
- Coordinate partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and updates on product releases or new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute channel programs and marketing initiatives that drive engagement and sales with partners.
- Manage partner data and documentation in CRM and partner management platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
