At Gratitude Philippines, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Taguig.

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or other communication channels.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all customer interactions are handled promptly, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism. This includes addressing customer complaints, providing product information, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding our services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of college education (no back subjects).
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience.
  • Complete TCS mandatory requirements, including SSS, copy of payslip, TOR, and diploma.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
