Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Neksjob Philippines.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Service Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting potential customers by answering their product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services, opening customer accounts, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer support.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least a high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum).
  • A minimum of 1 year call center experience.
  • Good to excellent English communication skills.
  • The ability to start immediately.

We offer a very competitive salary range of PHP 25,000 - PHP 35,000 per month, depending on experience.
