To excel in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service support in an online, B2B, or DTC environment.
  • A strong educational background, including a minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • A solid understanding of CRM software systems, such as Salesforce/Service Cloud, is highly valued.
