About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Recruiter PH.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong educational background, with at least 2 years of college or HS Grad with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience, or completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to work on shifting schedules, if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Banking account experience is a plus.

What We Offer:
