We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team at IOPEX Technologies Philippines - Taguig. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for developing and driving long-term partnerships with our clients to ensure their continued growth and success.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, your primary focus will be on guiding our customers' journey from onboarding to implementation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy. You will serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feature requests and creating business reasons to prioritize these requests on our product roadmap.

You will also act as an escalation point for customer issues, providing white-glove service to our clients and serving as a first point of contact to help team members win difficult deals. Your experience and skills in coaching, inspiring, and holding your team accountable for big goals will be essential in driving recurring revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive long-term partnerships with clients to ensure their continued growth and success
  • Guide customers through their journey from onboarding to implementation, retention, upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feature requests and creating business reasons to prioritize these requests on our product roadmap
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and provide white-glove service to our clients
Requirements
  • 3 years leading a team of Customer Success or Account Management professionals
  • Strategic thinker who can strategize, implement, improve, analyze, and manage both new and existing ideas and tactics
  • Great at coaching, inspiring, and holding your team accountable for big goals
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, creative, high-energy leader with the ability to inspire others
  • Ability to take ownership of anything that comes your way
  • Prior experience working with SaaS and business platforms like Sales
  • Excellent Excel and data management skills
  • Able to work on night shifts and shifting schedules at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
