At Lexie Staffing, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a strong background in customer-facing roles. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a BPO or non-BPO environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
