  • Develop and implement sales plans and action plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities
  • Service and maintain customer accounts, including providing support and resolving issues
  • Implement and maintain sales tracking and monitoring systems to measure performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee closing business transactions with customers, ensuring smooth and efficient execution
  • Conduct market research and product assessments to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Develop and maintain cooperative selling relationships with customers and other stakeholders
  • Analyze and report on sales performance and trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain and update sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely information
