Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Coach to join our team at Work for Prosper. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to new hires, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the training portal accounts of trainees, ensuring seamless access to learning materials and resources.
  • Conduct General Business sessions for new hires, introducing them to company policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Organize meetings between new hires and operational teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations and online modules, to facilitate learning initiatives.
  • Supervise trainees, monitoring their progress and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Facilitate General Business Extended Program, enhancing the skills and knowledge of trainees.
  • Facilitate mock calls for each week during the General Business Training Program, simulating real-world scenarios.
  • Create files and tools to document the progress of trainees, ensuring accurate tracking and evaluation.
  • Produce end-of-training reports, highlighting areas of success and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience as a Trainer or in a supervisory role in the BPO/VA industry (an advantage).
  • Proficient computer skills, with expertise in Google Workspace and other online teaching/office software.
  • Preferably from Cebu, Bacolod, or Davao, but open to applicants from other regions.
  • Ability to start immediately.
