About the Role

The AVP Alternative Channels will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth through alternative sales channels. This includes establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, identifying opportunities for increasing sales revenue, and reviewing the effectiveness of sales incentive programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales and sales management, as well as proficiency in building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Excellent leadership and communication skills are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through alternative sales channels.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing sales revenue from existing accounts.
  • Review and ensure the effective implementation of sales incentive programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales personnel.
