Executive Service Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support to the executives through coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, preparation of required/assigned reports, routing of checks and documents for signature and custodianship of confidential information of the executive's office.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Calendar and meetings management assistance
• Executives credit card management
• Travel logistics management
• Processing expense reports
• Correspondence Management
• Document management
• Event management
Qualification
Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University or equivalent
Minimum Experience: With at least 2 years relevant proven experience as an executive
Others
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good coordination skills
Time management
Experience in calendar management
Some experience on events (such as annual Strat Planning)
Basic MS Office skills
Flexibility with shifting schedules
Hybrid setup (based in CEBU)
Willing to start ASAP.
