The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative support to the Business Development Manager, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication within the business development team. You must be organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.Communication Management: Act as a liaison between the Business Development Manager and internal/external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding on behalf of the Manager when appropriate.Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations. Ensure the Business Development Manager is well-prepared for all engagements.Project Coordination: Assist in managing and tracking ongoing business development projects. Collaborate with various departments to gather updates, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track.Data Management: Compile and analyze business development data to generate reports for the Manager. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Documentation Management: Maintain organized records, files, and documents related to business development activities. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing business development events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.Problem-Solving: Address administrative challenges and issues efficiently, escalating matters to the Business Development Manager as needed.Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

At least 2 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Hubspot etc.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
