Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide administrative assistance to the Business Development Manager managing calendars scheduling appointments and organizing meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the Business Development Manager and internal external stakeholders. Handle incoming calls emails and other communications responding on behalf of the Manager when appropriate.
- Prepare materials for meetings including agendas and presentations. Ensure the Business Development Manager is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Assist in managing and tracking ongoing business development projects. Collaborate with various departments to gather updates milestones and deliverables ensuring projects stay on track.
- Compile and analyze business development data to generate reports for the Manager. Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain organized records files and documents related to business development activities. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in planning and organizing business development events conferences and meetings ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.
- Address administrative challenges and issues efficiently escalating matters to the Business Development Manager as needed.
**Qualifications:*
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
