Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's schedule and ensure seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional email and inbox management, including screening and prioritizing communications.
- Take minutes and actions arising from key meetings, and send summaries to attendees.
- Utilize Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Marketing, and Task management.
- Assist with business writing, including taking dictated and written instructions from the CEO.
- Plan and manage client-related events, such as dinners, roundtable lunches, and partner events.
- Support marketing efforts, including managing the LinkedIn account, email distribution marketing, and webinars.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- At least 2-4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO.
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
