  • Utilize Zoho One suite of modules for CRM, Projects, Marketing, and Task management.
  • Assist with business writing, including taking dictated and written instructions from the CEO.
  • Plan and manage client-related events, such as dinners, roundtable lunches, and partner events.
  • Support marketing efforts, including managing the LinkedIn account, email distribution marketing, and webinars.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO.
  • Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
  • Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
