Client Support Associate

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team at USAA in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
3. Educate clients on our products and services, helping them make informed decisions and maximize their benefits.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up actions, ensuring that all inquiries are resolved efficiently.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of customer support initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
3. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Dedication to providing top-notch customer service and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
7. Flexibility to work part-time hours and adapt to changing business needs.
